No cookies, no forms, no analytics. The host keeps the technical logs needed to run and secure the site.

The application

Application data (employees, accounts, assessments, training, signatures) is processed on behalf of the client employer, the controller. Kinesys acts as a processor (GDPR, art. 28) and only on the employer's instructions.

Handwritten signatures undergo no biometric processing. No decision is made by automated means.

Hosting

Data is hosted in the European Union. The artificial intelligence features use a provider located in the United States, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Activity log: 12 months. Assessments, training and signatures: kept for the whole term of the contract, as proof of competence. At the end of the contract, the client's data is deleted.

Your rights

Your GDPR rights are exercised with your employer, the controller. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
